Our purpose is to provide fun and exciting travel and sing opportunities for anyone who wants to sing while simultaneously connecting with like-minded individuals and exploring new and exciting places. By signing up for any of our opportunities and/or our email list, you are acknowledging that you are a willing participant in our email offers. Your information will be used to keep you, as a willing participant in our email offers, informed of any news or upcoming events and promotions for this website. 

While not the primary focus of this web site, you may receive occasional offers and opportunities for products or opportunities promoted in association this web site if we determine it may be of value to our customers, however this is not the driving intention of this company and will be few and far between. If the promotion does not apply to you, simply delete the email and go on with your day. We ask that you do not unsubscribe from an email simply because the offer doesn't apply to you as unsubscribing will mean you do not receive future travel/sing opportunities.

Statement of Intention for All Registrations

It is our intention to provide fun and exciting travel/sing opportunities to you. 

By participating in any manner with our web site, you are agreeing that your intention is to be informed, receive offers, and participate in opportunities we offer that interest you.

Once you complete your email list registration, you will receive information via email of upcoming opportunities, surveys, offers, or other communication that we believe will be of interest to you. By completing the email list registration, you are agreeing to receive these emails, surveys, offers, etc.

When you register for an event/opportunity, any full or partial payment towards your registration that we receive is sent to the corresponding  opportunity at the next immediate payment cycle to secure your spot for the opportunity. Vocal Voyages does not hold your funds for registration. Therefore, we cannot offer refunds, nor can we make any promises or statements on behalf of the destination entity that they will offer refunds either. If a refund policy is included in the destination opportunity, we will make it clear as part of the offer what the registration terms are and if they do or do not include a statement or option for refunds. 

Therefore, due to the amount of planning, setup costs, and fees involved to set up these experiences, you should approach any and all travel/sing opportunities as non-refundable, and you agree to hold Vocal Voyages harmless for any misunderstanding or misinterpretation of any kind.
